    Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
    Contact us straight away. A change or cancellation may be possible before preparation starts, but it cannot be guaranteed once the order is being processed.
    Where can I find my order number?
    It appears in the order confirmation email and inside your account where the order was placed through a registered customer account.
    How long does a reply take?
    Most messages receive a reply within one or two working days. Busy periods, weekends and public holidays can extend that time.
    Can I return an item to the address on the parcel?
    No. Contact us before sending a return. The address on the original parcel may not be the correct place for returned goods.
    What photos should I send for a faulty item?
    Send a clear photo of the whole item, close-ups of the issue, the packaging and the shipping label where relevant.
    My tracking has stopped updating. What should I do?
    Check for a local carrier number, safe place, neighbour or collection point. Send us the order number and tracking status when the parcel remains delayed.
